TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Advanced International Aviation Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, landing pages, and any interactions with our promotional materials via Google Ads. By accessing this page or submitting your information, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Advanced International Aviation Academy provides aviation training and flight school instruction located in California, United States. Our landing pages are designed to provide information to prospective students residing in India who are interested in traveling to the United States to obtain a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and related aviation ratings.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Admission to the Academy and travel to our California facility is subject to strict regulatory criteria. By submitting an inquiry or application, you acknowledge that:

* Visa Requirements: Enrolling in training requires obtaining an appropriate U.S. student visa (e.g., M-1 or F-1 visa) and SEVIS documentation. Advanced International Aviation Academy provides institutional support documentation, but the final issuance of a visa is solely at the discretion of the United States government. We are not responsible for visa denials.

* Medical Standards: You must meet the medical fitness requirements mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the United States and, where applicable, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India to convert your license.

* Academic Background: You must meet minimum educational prerequisites (typically 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics, or equivalent credentials) to be eligible for license conversion and training.

  1. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE AND LICENSE CONVERSION

* Training Standards: All flight training conducted at our California facility adheres strictly to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

* DGCA Conversion Disclaimer: While our curriculum is structured to assist Indian students in accumulating the flight hours and proficiencies required for a Commercial Pilot License, the student is entirely responsible for completing the conversion process, passing the necessary conversion exams, and meeting all regulatory hurdles mandated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India upon their return.

  1. NO EMPLOYMENT OR PLACEMENT GUARANTEES

In compliance with global advertising and consumer protection guidelines:

* Advanced International Aviation Academy explicitly states that enrollment in, or completion of, our flight training programs does not guarantee airline employment, placement, or a specific career outcome in India, the United States, or any other region.

* Any testimonials, historical placement statistics, or student success stories displayed on our advertising materials represent individual experiences and do not serve as a guarantee of future outcomes.

  1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND FEES

* Program Cost Estimates: The fees, flight hour costs, and living expense estimates provided on our landing pages are for informational purposes and are subject to change based on fluctuating fuel costs, regulatory updates, individual student proficiency, and aircraft availability.

* Final Contractual Pricing: Binding financial structures, refund rules, and course timelines will be detailed exclusively in the formal Enrollment Agreement executed directly between the student and the Academy prior to visa documentation issuance.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Advanced International Aviation Academy, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from visa delays, travel restrictions, changes in DGCA/FAA regulations, or a student’s inability to clear regulatory examinations.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

For advertising, data collection, and initial inquiries targeted within India, these Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of India. Any contractual disputes arising from formal enrollment and physical flight training services within the United States shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California, USA.
